Creamy nut butter chocolate probiotic pudding

 

In the mood for a sweet treat, but not in the mood for a sugar crash? Try this probiotic rich and creamy pudding. The protein and cinnamon will keep your blood sugar smooth and steady, while the delicious creamy fat will give you sustainable energy and full on satiation.

Creamy nut butter chocolate probiotic pudding
(serves 2)

What you will need:

3 heaping Tbsp of creme fraiche (naturally fermented sour cream)
2-3 heaping Tbsp nut butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 large pinches cinnamon

How to do it:

Combine all ingredients and adjust to your taste! Mmm yummy!

    Hi ladies,

    We sometimes make a raw avocado chocolate pudding. Do you think it would work to swap out the nut butter for avocado in this recipe? Then we could send it in school lunches!

      Hi Kris,
      The first time I made it with sun butter and it was yummy, and school safe! But for at home I do prefer almond butter, and sometimes a little bit of orange zest!
