“Hi Sherry, I found your workshop on Saturday so inspiring! I have a certified organic garden and we offer a farm share program and so I have already started fermenting! So far I’ve made shredded zucchini, shredded zucchini and carrots, sliced cucumbers. I’ve been getting veggies ready to try the cabbage, carrot, ginger and the fresh salsa. I also made labne – I mixed them with a little salt and fresh parsley. mmm! Hopefully you can see how much you’ve inspired me!”
